Engel shares her earlier experiences co-founding and creating Quona, coinciding with the early growth of impact investing, and learning the importance of customer-centricity to have long-term success.
Engel also gives her insights on why financial inclusion is important to her, what extent she thinks Quona's focus on financial inclusion has either accelerated or impeded success, both at a fund level and a company level, if there are any tradeoffs, and how to measure success in financial inclusion.
