Oil companies face first-ever climate change wrongful death lawsuit.
A landmark lawsuit blames ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, and others for fueling climate change, which contributed to a deadly heat wave.
"It's not just rising seas or disappearing glaciers it's the death of a mother," plaintiff Misti Leon says.
"Big Oil companies have known for decades that their products would cause catastrophic climate disasters," Center for Climate Integrity president says.
