Smart Hearts, Strong Starts €� International Grammar School Sydney

The Social Emotional Active Learning (SEAL) program is designed to build empathy, emotional awareness and key social skills through active learning.

The SEAL program uses games, props and situational problems to help students recognise and manage their emotions, develop positive relationships and strengthen their communication and problem-solving skills.

Each lesson offers opportunities for students to work collaboratively and reflect on their responses in a fun and supportive environment.
