A new report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change calls climate change a "ticking time bomb" that needs to be stopped before it's too late.
The report, which concludes that humans are causing climate change by releasing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere at an alarming rate, warns that if the world wants to avoid the worst effects of climate change, it will have to drastically reduce its carbon emissions by the end of the century, the BBC reports.
