The winner of this year's Sustainova Startup Challenge in Saudi Arabia has a message for the rest of the world: "If you want to save the planet, you have to start now."
The startup contest, organized by venture capital firm Risin Ventures in partnership with the country's Ministry of Environment, gave top honors to Verofax: A "groundbreaking solutionrevolutionizing industries' approach to decarbonization through a validated marketplace for green commodities," per a press release.
Runner-up Verofax: Tackling desertification and pollution challenges while aiming to plant 10 billion trees by 2030 through innovative tracking systems and ambitious initiatives like the Saudi Green Initiative. Read the Entire Article
