It's 2023, and that means it's time for us to re-evaluate what we've been doing over the past decade, according to ad agency Dentsu.
In its annual report on what's to come, it finds that "the quest for culture shock is one of the fastest growing culture shocks in the world while small economies such as flowers have become new sources of inspiration," the Telegraph reports.
Here are some of Dentsu's top predictions for the year ahead: Artificial intelligence (AI) will continue to have a huge impact on how we interact with the world, but it will also have an impact on how we work.
Companies will need to up their game in order to stay ahead of the ever-changing AI landscape.
Companies will need to create products and services that appeal to a new generation of consumers, one that's not afraid to try new things.
"Perhaps most exciting is the sense that individuals and communities are writing their own narratives, rejecting a sense of top down, homogenous cultural influence," Dentsu's chief creative officer says.
