"Thankfully, the world is taking notice and more money than ever before is on the table."
The US is making its largest investment in green technology ever, and the European Commission has promised at least a trillion euros in sustainable investments over the next decade.
"The future is here," Bezos writes.
"The question is how can we disrupt it before itdisrupts us?" The Bezos Earth Fund, founded in 2020, is the largest green tech investment fund in the world, according to its website.
The fund plans to work with governments, universities, and more to develop green technologies that can create jobs and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
"We know the problem. More than ever, we know a lot of the solutions," Bezos writes. "Critical policies are actually in place and a very key element.
Money is on the table to fund innovative technologies that can change our world."
