So says Deputy Secretary Torres Small of the US Department of Agriculture in announcing the first 28 organizations that will host members of the Working Lands Climate Corps, part of Joe Biden's American Climate Corps initiative.
The program will train the "next generation of conservation and climate leaders," helping them "deliver climate-smart solutions for farmers and ranchers," the USDA says in a press release.
